The Mintridge Foundation is a UK-wide charity dedicated to turbo-boosting young people's development and opportunities through the transformative power of sporting role models. Our innovative programmes and collaborations inspire, mentor, and guide the next generation to thrive.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Proactive approach to assisting the development of the Mintridge Foundation

  • Leading programme delivery

  • Managing relationships with existing and new beneficiaries

  • Working with elite sports stars, including Olympians, Paralympians, Deaflympians and top sporting performers

REQUIREMENTS

·         Excellent organisational and planning skills.

·         Exceptional leader and ability to plan ahead.

·         Respond to individual needs whilst maintaining quality and excellence in delivery.

·         Reliable and clear communicator.
