Certainly all smiles here, last October I had a pretty serious leg injury and couldn't bend my right leg for 3 months, then bit by bit I managed to be in a position to work on couch to 5k as part of my rehabilitation. When you offered me a chance to run for you it was a perfect incentive to gain confidence in my leg and get fit. I loved every minute of the vitality run and took it all in. Now booked in to the great South run! Thanks for the privilege of running for The Mintridge Foundation.

Not only do we love a challenge and see the huge benefits for both our physical and mental wellbeing here at Mintridge HQ, but we also know how much funding and awareness it brings for charities like ourselves at the Mintridge Foundation (a registered charity dedicated to enhancing life skills in young people through sporting role models).

We were delighted that Tom and his Parliamentary Aid, Jane were able to see first hand the impact that our elite athletes have as they visited Studfall Junior Academy in Corby this June.
