Lizzie is a highly motivated athlete who has competed professionally for Great Britain for the last ten years, including swimming at two Olympic Games, with a fourth place finish in the 200m backstroke at London 2012.
Further sporting highlights include numerous World, European and Commonwealth medals, eleven British titles and a decade of top 15 world rankings. She is an elected member of the British Olympic Association Athlete Commission, contributing expertise and perspective to Olympic related initiatives and athlete support programmes. She also works with schools and swimming clubs to share her sporting journey, provide technical expertise, and inspire future generations.
