To meet the requirements of our Safeguarding Policy, a member of school staff should be present and actively involved in the sessions at all times during our programme.
Please provide as much information about the venue as possible (including size if possible).
Please also give details about the wet weather plan/space here so we can prepare for both options.
Will there be enough equipment for the students to have their own kit/equipment for the activity planned on the day?
For example; time allowances for religious prayer / shorter or less intense sessions for those taking part in fasting or religious practice / if there are certain topics or phrases that may be sensitive for those taking part.

What criteria would you like your Ambassador to consider when choosing his/her mentees?
Would you like the mentoring sessions to take place in school or after school?
Are you happy to supply a character reference for the selected mentee(s)?
