ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Operations Manager will play a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of The Mintridge Foundation. This role combines programme coordination, staff organisation, administrative support, and strategic input.
You’ll be the hub of our charity’s operations—liaising with schools, ambassadors, volunteers, and internal staff to deliver high-quality mentoring experiences, while also supporting the Head of Foundation, Founder and Trustees in growing our reach and impact.
