Champion in the Classroom: Boxing Star, Hannah Beharry Empowers Students at Northamptonshire School, The Ferrers
Wow - what a day back at the Ferrers School - this time with former British Boxing Champion, Hannah Beharry.
Hannah spoke to Years 7, 8 and 9 about her childhood in drugs and gang crime and how boxing turned her life around. Within 18 months of being coached in Hyde Park, Hannah became British champion - a title she won several times, as well as European titles and World medals.
It's fair to say that Hannah had the students captivated by her story.
Hannah asked for volunteers to try their skills, which was then followed by a Q&A session and photos and autographs.
